The Official "FaSTAG - Buy, Active, Recharge, Help 2020" Application for FasTag.
FasTag is a service offered by the Government of India. It allows users to purchase a tag to pass through a toll plaza. When the user's vehicle passes through the toll plaza, the tag is attached to the windscreen, and the amount payable is deducted from the user's prepaid account. The user is then notified of the amount payable, and is given the option to view the transaction history.
If the user is not satisfied with the transaction, they can raise a dispute, and the matter will be settled by the toll authority and the customer service center. The customer will be informed of the result of the dispute in the form of a message.
How is FasTag helpful?
FasTag makes the process of paying for highway tolls easier for the users. They no longer have to stop their vehicles to pay, nor do they have to worry about carrying cash. The user is also notified of the amount payable at the time of toll payment, and they can view the transaction history at their convenience.
